I've connected my Figma file to Pixelic, yet I'm not seeing anything on my screen.

If you have completed the steps to import Figma file into Pixelic (view this article), yet you still do not see any Figma frame show up on your screen, then it may likely be due to the size of your Figma file.

Here's how to troubleshoot:

  • Give it a few more minutes, and then refresh your browser.
  • If you still don't see anything, view this guide to delete your Figma file and re-import again. Here's how to import.
  • If the above two steps didn't do anything, let us know via Intercom messenger on the bottom right!
